Come Business Consultant e partner di P&D Consulting, sviluppo progetti di consulenza per imprese interessate ad espandere il proprio business in Cina, così come in altre regioni in Asia ed Est Europa. Presto attenzione principalmente alle dinamiche cross culturali che sottendono lo sviluppo e la gestione del business in quei Paesi così come a ciò che guida lo sviluppo di specifici settori economici in quei mercati, al fine di cogliere con tempestività le opportunità di business che lì emergono e seguirne la implementazione concreta insieme ai miei partners, tutti consulenti CMC, in loco.
Le nostre principali aree di interesse sono:
1. Supportare le aziende Europee nell’ingresso nei mercati Asiatici e viceversa.
2. Disegnare e sviluppare programmi formativi, con integrati Business Tours, per singole aziende e gruppi di imprenditori/managers al fine di favorire la comprensione delle dinamiche di business in mercati con culture e stili di business così diversi.
3. Favorire il network internazionale tra le imprese clienti della nostra rete di consulenti, al fine di offrire nuove opportunità di sviluppo sui mercati internazionali.
Considero il mondo delle associazioni professionali come l’ambiente migliore per favorire lo sviluppo professionale del consulente. Ho acquisito la certificazione CMC e sono coinvolto dal 2000 in ICMCI, l’unica organizzazione internazionale di Associazioni di consulenti presente in 49 nazioni del mondo, dove ricopro la carica di Presidente; sono stato inoltre Presidente di APCO dal 2004 al 2009.
Ho tenuto corsi di Creative Management alla GGSB - Grenoble Graduate School of Business in Grenoble in Francia e sono guest lecturer alla “School of Economy and Management” della Tsinghua University di Pechino, all’International Management Institute in Kiev, ed al Politecnico di Bari.
Sono stato invitato come relatore in diversi forum internazionali sullo sviluppo del business tra Europa ed Asia, tra i quali "East Meets West" organizzato dalla Greenwich University of London ed il “The China Europe Forum 2010” tenuto ad Hong Kong and Ningbo (Cina); ho rappresentato il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico per tre anni in Tavoli Tecnici presso la DG Enterprise della Commissione Europea su tematiche relative alle Piccole e Medie Imprese.

As business consultant and partner at P&D Consulting, I am supporting companies interested in expanding into China, as well as in other regions in Asia and in East of Europe. The focus of my consulting relationships is on navigating cross-cultural issues, on understanding what drives each distinct business market and on being alert to new opportunities. Together with my partners, I also pay attention to the business development of each project in order to achieve concrete and effective results.

Together with a team of consultants, based in Asia and Europe, I assist clients in the following 3 main areas:
1. Assist European companies in entering Asian markets and vice versa
2. Design and deliver learning programs and business exploration tours to bridge the cultural gaps between European and Asian clients
3. Build global network of clients, professional associations and consultants to enhance business performance

Looking for professionalism and networking, I consider the professional associations as the best environment for my professional development. Currently I am CMC – Certified Management Consultant and Chair of ICMCI – the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes, which is the sole NGO of UN in Management Consulting, with members representing 49 countries around the world. For 6 years I also served as President of APCO, the Italian Association of Management Consultants, which is the national professional association with the mission to improve professionalism and Management Consulting skills in Italy.

I’ve been affiliate professor of Creative Management at GGSB - Grenoble Graduate School of Business in Grenoble, France and guest lecturer at the School of Economy and Management of Tsinghua University of Beijing in China, the International Management Institute in Kiev in the Ukraine, and the Polytechnic University of Bari in Italy.

Finally I have been speaker in international forums on business exchanges between Europe and Asia, such as "East Meets West" organized by the Greenwich University of London held in London and “The China Europe Forum 2010” held in Hong Kong and Ningbo (China). I have represented the Italian Ministry of Economic Development on various working committees managed by the European Commission in Brussels on themes related to small and medium enterprises.
