Dopo aver conseguito, col massimo dei voti e Lode, la laurea in Chimica e Tecnologia Farmaceutiche presso l'Università di Bari, una borsa di studio Post Laurea come ricercatore in Sintesi Organica presso la University of Wisconsin e l'abilitazione all'esercizio della professione di farmacista, ho maturato 21 anni di carriera manageriale di successo in alcune tra le aziende leader mondiali del Largo Consumo.
In particolare, in questi anni ho registrato circa 40 applicazioni di brevetto, la maggior parte di esse tra il 2008 ed il 2013, come responsabile globale dell'R&D Innovation Group, categoria Fabric Care, della Reckitt Benckiser, azienda britannica leader mondiale per i prodotti per la pulizia della casa.
In questa posizione, sono stato a capo dei teams tecnici che hanno ideato e portato al lancio sul mercato prodotti di successo, che hanno dato all'azienda ricavi per oltre 1 mld di sterline.
Dal 2019 Innovation Manager accreditato presso il MISE.

After achieving, with honors, a degree on Pharmaceutical Chemistry of the University of Bari, a post graduation research scholarship in Organic Synthesis at the University of Wisconsin and the certificate of professional authorization as pharmacist, I had, until end 2014, a 21 years successful international manager career in world leading Consumer Goods Companies.
Most noticeably, throughout these years I filed about 40 patent applications, most of them from 2008 to 2013, when I was global responsible for the R&D Innovation Group of the Fabric Care Category of the British Company Reckitt Benckiser, Worldwide leader for Household Cleaning products.
In this position, I led the technical teams that ideated and brought to launch successful products, that provided to the Company overall net revenues above 1 bln GBP.
