In over 20 years of managerial experience and management consulting, shipbuilding engineer Francesco Liguori, has expanded his business vision, integrating his basic skills in the technical field with those of the operations and organization.
The implementation of his problem-solving skills has demonstrated his expertise in the organization and management field and by dealing with complex situations in various sectors (manufacturing/services) he has created alternatives to purchasing, logistics, production, planning, strategy, start-up, and processes.
He guides organization changes in industrial structures, functional areas and related performance control systems (KPIs) with transversal projects of progressive incremental improvements and pertaining Business Process Reengineering.
He shows a willingness to critically question non-objective facts and has great experience in cross-contamination between different sectors, promoting innovative, contextualised, and non-standard solutions.
His management expertise is founded on years of projects and activities for Italian and global companies. Since 1987 he has worked for international groups (KME spa, Fincantieri spa), in charge of industrial management and corporate functions (project manager, technical office, processes, production, planning, investments, strategic planning). Since 2003 he has managed projects across the functions regarding heterogeneous topics, in multiple business processes, industries for SMEs.
Over recent years he has also accrued specific experience for operational training in the field of organizational change and improvement of manufacturing/services companies
