I have a degree in Business Management, Marketing specialization, and my Master's Degree is in Management.
? I am also an Innovation Manager registered in the ACS Register n. 41, according to UNI 11814:2021, in the register of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy and obviously of APCO
I continue to train consistently, because it is a duty but also a pleasure.
I have numerous courses and certifications under my belt on corporate communication, Web Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design and its tools but also the Editing course followed with Minimum Fax and, from a creative point of view, two courses on Screenplay for TV and Cinema with the Sentieri Selvaggi School of Rome, others on theater scripts, creative writing, the approach to writing.
I am regularly registered with the Order of Journalists and collaborate with various editorial entities.

? Then I also became a trainer
The first experience was in 2019, holding a module on Marketing strategies within the I.T.S. course. “AGRI.MKTG.4.0 Higher Technician for the control, valorisation and marketing of agricultural, agro-food and agro-industrial production” organized by the ITS EAT Foundation.
Since that moment I have had various experiences, especially thanks to the Industry 4.0 and Training 4.0 courses that I continue to hold with companies.
? My job
After being Marketing Manager for the first Agricultural Cooperative in Florence, I threw myself into the sea of the profession. From that moment it has been a tiring and exciting journey of meetings, study, collaborations and growth.
In 2021, together with some colleagues, I founded the Stilnostro Agency. We study and think up effective Marketing and Communication strategies, and we implement them operationally.
We don't sell packages of hours, but we build tailor-made projects for each reality.
In a sector full of Gurus with fake magic wands, we try to move with loyalty by simply offering our skills: we are sure that, even without too many fireworks in the first few weeks, the medium term will always prove us right in terms of results and reliability.
I mainly deal with the strategic and writing part (Content Management, Storytelling, copywriting). However, the diversified and integrated knowledge of my colleagues allows us to cover many aspects of the innovation process of companies and beyond.
We support our clients and accompany them, we grow with them and we also know how to say no when the projects are not suitable for us. We don't cost very little, but we sweat every collaboration by working hard. That's all.
I recently embarked on the path which, according to the UNI 11814:2021 regulation, makes me an Innovation Manager: I can support companies to innovate, grow, experiment and develop in the digital and sustainability world, not only from a marketing point of view but also from that of strategy, workflows, choices.
? I am active in the world of associations, for a period I followed the social and web project "Il Fintocolto", a blog (ah, how beautiful they were...) which allowed me to organize events with figures such as Mogol and Nicolò Ammaniti .
Today I support various third sector entities, in some cases for work and in others by choice of field, in communicating better, growing and receiving opportunities.
